Executive Producer Commercial

The Commercial EP oversees all commercial agency projects across all advertising from prospect from contract through production and through delivery and acts as the external facing representative of Commercial Production Company. EP will schedule all calls, prepare agendas, and distribute feedback to all departments as well as initiate close out calls with appropriate Sales Rep to receive any feedback to bidding, production and post production phases; advocate for return business.

Position includes attending events, festivals, travel, agency meetings. Liaise with Sales Reps across all territories and Head of Production to intimately know and understand scope of project and approved bid in order to successfully execute upon deliverables. Liaise between agency + client, creative team (video and photo) and editorial.

Art Director/Designer

Stept Studios is looking for an Art Director/Designer. This is a key role within the creative team. You’ll be working directly with our creative director and team of writers and designers to concept and execute campaigns, content, and more.

Responsibilities include concepting and pitching campaigns and content across video, photo, and design; developing visual direction for these elements alongside creative director and designers; designing print, social, and OOH layouts; working with our post team to art direct and design video layouts, GFX, and 3D elements; and advising on production art direction including set design, casting, locations, etc.
