After growing up in the U.K., Leigh Powis moved to Whistler, BC and fell in love with mountains.
Over the past decade he has become a fixture in the Vancouver film community. After directing a series of films for professional skier Sean Pettit, Leigh helped complete the post production on Travis Rice’s “The Fourth Phase” project. Leigh’s passion for storytelling and experience directing scripted films helps elevate his commercial work and branded content. In addition to his talent as a director, Leigh is known for his exceptional skills as an editor, colorist, and sound designer. He becomes fully immersed in the post production process of his projects, allowing his vision to be carried through to the final cut.
